Two Donation Options ~
ON-LINE OPTION
1. Click Here to open donation form
2. Begin completing donation form
3. Select: “Seva Challenge” from pull-down menu
4. Select: “Kristi Lee Moseley” from next pull-down menu
5. Continue and complete on-line donation form
CHECK OPTION
1. Write a *check to payable to: Engage Network
2. Mail to: OFF THE MAT INTO THE WORLD
3. *Print my name in the lower left hand corner of the check
Donation Receipts
You will be provided with a tax deduction receipt when using either of the two methods above. Donations on-line will receive a tax deduction receipt electronically. Donations made via check will be mailed a receipt upon reception of donation. (501 c3)
Holiday Donation Gift ~ Give the gift of donation to that someone who "has everything."
Here's how...
1. click the donate button
2. complete secure on-line donation form
3. select: Seva Challenge
4. select: Kristi Lee Moseley
5. forward your electronic tax donation receipt to kristi@LotusWise.com & include the name of your recipient & their mailing address in the email to me
7. I will mail a beautiful gift card to them w/in 24 hours letting them know that you donated on their behalf!
8. shopping done!
Note: Like a greener option? If you would like a pdf gift card sent to the recipient's email address, just provide that information instead of a mailing address. pdfs will be sent on 12/22/09 (images below).
